Because a company asset (a property) was overlooked when the company was removed from the register, and all interested persons had been notified and did not oppose, it was just and equitable to restore the company under s329 and to reverse the liquidator's final report under s284(1)(b) so the company would be restored still in liquidation and the former liquidator would resume office.
