The Court restored Mount Lifestyles Ltd to the Register under s329, declined to revoke the liquidators' final report under s284 because no error was shown, but appointed a liquidator under s241(4)(d) as just and equitable given that plaintiffs are prospective creditors with a real prospect of liability and the need for neutral enforcement of the company's warranties and investigation of possible voidable transactions; the Court also granted leave under s248 to sue the restored company.
