Court granted a limited interim release of restrained funds: approved payment from restrained property of costs for the first stage of Mrs Burgess's treatment (bilateral mastectomy and associated immediate costs) on production of invoices and Court approval, and awarded an interim living allowance of NZ$800 per week to 28 February 2015, while requiring Mrs Burgess to answer allegations of undisclosed assets and deferring determination of business expense support pending further disclosure and analysis; directions for affidavit reply and listing were imposed.
