RAFIQ v ATTORNEY-GENERAL & ORS [2017] NZHC 1852

Registrar correctly rejected documents filed in Auckland because the first-named defendant was the Attorney-General and proceedings must be filed in Wellington; leave under s 88B was refused because the proposed pleadings failed to meet the prima facie threshold: they were unparticularised, sometimes incomprehensible, unsupported by affidavit evidence, and on their face some causes were incapable of success or had alternative remedies.
