Applied the established guideline that each defendant should pay 50% of the plaintiff's costs in earthquake cases; followed scale allowances for commencement, conference memoranda, discovery (2.5 days apportioned 50% to EQC = 1.25 days) and inspection (1.5 days fully against EQC) resulting in costs of $10,815.50 plus half disbursements already credited, producing an additional payment of $3,345.00 by EQC; no costs awarded on the costs application.
