Osborne J's indemnity order required the first, second and third defendants to pay Mr Townsend's reasonable solicitor/client costs from 3 February 2023; the Court found the second and third invoices post-dated 3 February 2023, represented reasonable and necessary work at reasonable rates, and awarded their net amounts (GST excluded) against the first, second and third defendants; the first invoice pre-dated the recoverable period and was not payable.
