The Court exercised its discretion to partially suspend the Court of Appeal's order quashing the High Court takedown order until the applicant's leave application can be dealt with, preserving the High Court takedown order only insofar as it relates to the specified URLs attached to the application, and imposed a temporary prohibition on publication of the judgment and any part of the proceedings in news media or on the internet until final disposition of the trial, with publication in law reports or digests permitted.
