- High Court
The Court held the particulars sought (before-and-after floor level measurements for units 30-39) were reasonable and ordered the plaintiff to provide those particulars within 20 working days; the Court further ordered the plaintiff to provide more fulsome, specific answers to the interrogatories and to disclose the reports and surveys it relies on (subject to privilege), because the existing answers were too skeletal and ambiguous and did not give the defendant fair notice of the factual basis of the claim.
