The Court balanced the presumption of open justice against the legitimate privacy and reputational interests of C Limited's employees (and Mr X), found publication would likely identify and harm those individuals especially given settlement and absence of a tested evidential finding, and accordingly granted final anonymisation of the parties and suppression of discrete passages while lifting other redactions and maintaining sealed exhibits and restricted access to the file.
