Transitional provisions of the 1992 Act (notably s138(1A)) preclude reassessment of s114 1972 Act determinations completed after the cutoff; 'adjustment' in s138(2) does not permit reassessment for deterioration and s141 does not permit an increase absent a new personal injury, therefore appellant's claim for further weekly compensation fails.
