The appellant unreasonably refused to undergo a recommended Comprehensive Pain Assessment; ACC was entitled under s117(3) to suspend the additional weekly compensation from 26 January 2005 while leaving Section 60 payments intact; the suspension was lawful and the appeal is dismissed.
