Appellant was a self-employed earner immediately before his incapacity; although injured on 23 January 2004 he continued and completed the contract to 28 January 2004, took a short break, and his GP certified incapacity as from 2 February 2004; therefore weekly compensation is payable from 2 February 2004; leave to extend time for filing the Notice of Appeal is granted to 27 November 2008 and costs awarded to the appellant.
