The Court exercised its discretion under s 32 of the Receiverships Act 1993 to extend relief from personal liability because the receivers demonstrated responsible progress towards a sale that was likely to preserve stakeholder interests, they gave notice to landlords by email, there was no effective opposition, and the extension was necessary to enable due diligence and completion of the sale.
