Appeal dismissed because trial judge's credibility findings that appellant agreed to crane use were available for deference, invoices were sufficiently detailed and supported by timesheets, appellant failed to comply with s 92 Evidence Act by not putting overcharging allegations to the respondent's operative witness so his contrary opinion evidence had little weight, and fresh expert affidavit was inadmissible on appeal as not new or discoverable earlier; counterclaim lacked evidential basis and was dismissed.
