Court held CRSL entitled to judgment for $93,744.95: CRSL did not engage in misleading or unconscionable conduct, nor did it breach contract in any way that entitled Pfisterer to cancel or obtain damages; GSBS breached fiduciary duties by continuing settlement negotiations and filing a memorandum after instructions were terminated and by disclosing confidential information, but those breaches caused no compensable loss to Pfisterer and did not defeat CRSL's claim; CRSL did not owe or cause actionable fiduciary breaches to Pfisterer.
