The receivers' reconstruction of the defendant's current account was sufficiently reliable and the defendant produced no defence to the quantum; therefore summary judgment was appropriate for recovery of the current account in the amount of $500,388.81 and the freezing orders should be continued to prevent dissipation of assets.
