The freezing order was extended because CDL established a good arguable case that the $300,000 was taken in breach of an agreement limiting withdrawals, identified assets to which the order could apply, demonstrated a real risk of dissipation from the defendant's conduct and circumstances, and the balance of convenience favoured preservation of the funds; ancillary disclosure orders against the bank and defendant were necessary to police the order.
