SCI failed to establish a reasonably arguable case that Mr Ranapia was lawfully authorised to sign the sale agreements on behalf of Direct Labour Services; as the caveator did not discharge the onus required to sustain a caveat under s137, the caveat could not be maintained and the application to sustain it was dismissed and the interim order vacated.
