The appeal was dismissed because the accepted medical evidence identified only a non-specific left hip/thigh sprain expected to have resolved within months, there was no medical evidence of ongoing injury or a secondary pain syndrome, and the s30 requirements for a work-related gradual process were not satisfied, so ACC correctly declined further entitlements.
