Extension of time granted; the Court held the sentencing judge did not err: the agreed summary of facts supported the judge's finding that Te Kani played an active and central role in the methamphetamine enterprise and the earlier assaults, the judge permissibly took that role into account in setting starting points for both drug and manslaughter offending without unlawful double counting, the guilty plea discount and totality adjustment were within acceptable range, and the final sentence of 15 years' imprisonment was not manifestly excessive and therefore the appeal was dismissed.
