The Court adjudicated Mr Wilson bankrupt because Biomex established s13 requirements, the debtor's asserted set-off was connected to and released by the full and final 2017 settlement or was time-barred and not vested solely in him, and there were no special circumstances justifying refusal of adjudication under s37 of the Insolvency Act 2006.
