Court dismissed WCC's claim against Colin Dallas: Dallas did not assume personal responsibility beyond limited statements made on behalf of Kingdom, his statements were either based on third‑party producer statements or on limited factual information and not shown to be incorrect, Council was not reasonable in relying on ambiguous reassurances (eg 'completed by KRH plumber') without inspection, consequently no personal duty breached and no contribution or FTA liability arises.
