On the evidence the appellant was capable of alternative light work (desktop publishing, customer services); ACC had provided reasonable vocational rehabilitation over several years; medical and occupational assessments supported capacity findings; accordingly ACC's decision of 10 July 1998 to assess capacity and to cease weekly compensation was upheld as lawful under ss.49 and 51.
