The court will correct identified clerical and numerical errors in the costs judgment under High Court Rules r 11.10 but will not use a recall application to re-open substantive costs determinations or to compel detailed disclosures about private billing arrangements; accordingly specific numerical errors identified were corrected and the judgment was reissued, while substantive incidence of costs and banding decisions were left intact and the request to compel a statutory declaration from counsel was refused.
