The Court stayed the possession proceedings in favour of arbitration: the dispute about eviction and the rights under the Deed of Association fall within the arbitration clause (one-stop adjudication) and, even if not strictly within it, the Court has discretion to stay proceedings to allow arbitration to resolve underlying substantive disputes; prior filings did not amount to submission to jurisdiction sufficient to defeat an application for a stay.
