Section 17(4) prescribes a non‑extendable 10 working day period to apply to set aside a bankruptcy notice; service on a non‑working day does not automatically deem service to the next working day for that purpose; the Court cannot use its inherent jurisdiction to override s17(4); therefore the application filed after the 10 working day period was a nullity and is struck out.
