Section 112 confers a broader discretion than the High Court strike-out rule, but where factual disputes, challenged credibility and contested evidence exist the Tribunal should not resolve those matters on a removal application; because the evidence against JSAL was disputed and credibility was in issue, removal was premature and the Tribunal's s 112 decision was quashed.
