The Court dismissed the appeal and upheld the Authority's suspension order; because the original suspension dates had passed, the Court ordered the parties' agreed substituted suspension: the off-licence is suspended for 10 days from 7:00am on 2 May 2019 until 7:00am on 12 May 2019.
