The judge found that the medical and radiological evidence, viewed in full, did not establish sufficient certainty that the prosthesis loosening predated the 2011 fall; given the clear temporal connection of symptoms to the fall and specialist admissions that the fall could have caused or precipitated the symptoms, the Corporation lacked a sufficient basis to suspend entitlements, so the suspension was quashed and entitlements resumed.
