The Court dismissed the appeal: although the Tribunal committed some procedural errors, the High Court correctly exercised its discretion in denying relief because those errors did not cause demonstrable prejudice; the evidence (including judgments) provided a sufficient basis for findings of misconduct, and there was no appearance of bias warranting overturning the Tribunal's decision.
