The withheld and redacted documents are relevant to the plaintiff's claims and, on review of the unredacted material, either fall within the joint interest exception (advice obtained for trust administration and thus held for beneficiaries) or privilege was waived by voluntary disclosure to the trustee and third parties; accordingly the Court sets aside the Dextra Defendants' claims to privilege in respect of the listed documents, subject to a limited period for review by the Dextra Defendants' insolvency representatives and other procedural safeguards.
