The Court discharged the reinstatement scheme because the remedial works were completed, the Body Corporate properly notified owners and secured an AGM resolution in favour of termination, the original notice was registered on the SRS, there was no opposition, and the typographical error was immaterial; therefore the statutory and procedural prerequisites for discharge were satisfied and the Court exercised its discretion to make the orders sought.
