The Court of Appeal upheld the High Court finding that the appellants failed to prove undue influence or that the wills would not have resulted but for any influence; the unequal dispositions were reasonably explained by the testatrix's considered concern for business succession and were consistent across 2004–2008 with independent legal involvement, and the Family Protection Act claim failed because adequate provision had been made for the appellants.
