The joinder application was dismissed because the statutory framework and High Court Rules allow only a single creditor to issue a bankruptcy notice and to be applicant in related adjudication proceedings; the Court has no jurisdiction to add a second creditor to another creditor's bankruptcy notice (only substitution is available), therefore the Trust could not be joined to the creditors' bankruptcy notice.
