Given the certified permanent mental incapacity of the respondent, the protective composition of the applicant trustees, and that the registered mortgage did not reflect the current trusteeship, the Court concluded that an originating application was appropriate, service on the respondent could be dispensed with, and a vesting order should be made to align the register with the deed of retirement and appointment.
