The Bank was entitled to summary judgment because the defendant received funds she was not entitled to, transferred them overseas, the Bank reversed fraudulent transfers leaving an overdraft and only partial repayment was made, the defendant filed no notice of opposition or defence and valid service was effected, therefore judgment for recovery of the monies plus interest, fees and costs was warranted.
