The Court approved the negotiated settlement because it is consistent with the purposes of the Act and the overall interests of justice, and accordingly made effective control orders over specified bank funds and properties, a profit forfeiture order of $1,100,000 against Veary Kree with directions for satisfaction, and a profit forfeiture order of $364,067.41 against the third and fourth respondents to be met from the cash seized at 59 Ransom Smyth Drive.
