The Court was satisfied on the material and the respondent's convictions that there were reasonable grounds to believe the respondent had unlawfully benefited from significant criminal activity, and therefore restraining orders under ss 21 and 25 were properly made; an early sale order under s 35(e)(v) was appropriate to preserve the value of the seized motorcycles.
