The Judge concluded that the evidence in respect of charges 3,7,9,10,12 and 15 was so manifestly discredited or unreliable that it would be unsafe to convict and unjust to continue the trial, and accordingly dismissed those charges under s147(4)(c); the dismissal also extended to charges previously addressed in the court's earlier ruling.
