Because the Supreme Court granted leave only in respect of legal advice privilege issues and expressly did not grant leave in respect of disclosure orders for financial statements and minutes, the rationale for the stay no longer applies to categories (a) and (b). The Court of Appeal therefore ordered that the respondent must produce documents in categories (a) financial statements and (b) minutes within 10 working days (subject to redactions for privilege).
