On the balance of probabilities the appellant was suffering from work-related carpal tunnel syndrome and was incapacitated by 3 May 1996 when she ceased employment; that factual finding overrides the Review Officer's date-of-incapacity conclusion and requires the question of weekly compensation entitlement to be remitted for fresh consideration given the appellant was on maternity leave and not earning at that time.
