The plaintiff succeeded in the interlocutory applications (withdrawn by leave, therefore determined in plaintiff's favour) and achieved the substantive result of payment of the arbitral award and interest; under the lease indemnity clause the plaintiff was entitled to solicitor and client indemnity costs. The claimed costs and disbursements were reasonable and allowed. The Court refused to keep the liquidation proceeding on foot after the debt was paid; the proceeding is at an end.
