- Court
- Court of First Instance
- Case number
- HCMP3608/2003
The Court allowed the Defendants' summons and appointed administrators limited to the two specified properties because there was no satisfactory evidence of urgency, dissipation or mismanagement of the wider estate, the Inland Revenue had agreed to hold over demands reducing urgency, and there was insufficient evidence to justify administrators managing private companies or the whole estate; accordingly, a limited appointment was proportionate and necessary to preserve the leased properties.
