The ADO required disclosure of assets as at 24 June 2024; an extension of time did not change that reference date; Xia's affidavit disclosed assets as at the date of the affidavit only and therefore did not comply with the ADO; the court ordered a declaration that disclosure must be as at 24 June 2024, ordered Xia to file a further affirmation to fill the information gap within seven days and imposed an unless order debaring Xia from defending unless he complied, with costs on the indemnity basis payable forthwith.
