The court assessed and fixed the child's reasonable monthly expenses at HK$16,470, rejected the additional Wan Chai rent as not necessary, found some of applicant's expense claims inflated and found respondent had undeclared secondary income so his earning capacity was assessed at HK$65,000–70,000; applying parties' relative earning capacities the respondent was ordered to pay two‑thirds of the child's expenses, rounded to HK$11,000 per month from 28 March 2017.
