Given the defendant's close association with known criminals, the entrustment and retention of eleven rounds of ammunition, the reasonable inference that he knew their nature and likely unlawful purpose, and his failure to act after learning of the armed robbery, the five year sentence was proportionate and not excessive; appeal against sentence dismissed.
