Given the husband's declared actual income of approximately HK$5,000–6,000 per month, his surplus capacity and refusal to negotiate, the court ordered an additional attachment of HK$500 per month from his HKJC earnings until arrears are paid (over a period of 194 months) and awarded costs to the wife; imprisonment was not ordered as it is a last resort.
