- Citation
- LO SUN WA AND OTHERS v. THE QUEEN
- Court
- Court of Appeal
- Case number
- CACC538/1979
The Court upheld the trial judge's findings: Inspector Fung was credible and his evidence could alone support convictions; most challenged admissions were properly admitted as voluntary (except the verbal record of the car conversation) and, even excluding that evidence, the convictions were safe because a reasonable tribunal could convict based on Inspector Fung's evidence; leave to appeal was refused and convictions/sentences affirmed.
