On the evidence the plaintiffs rebutted the presumption of equal ownership: Sister paid the box rental, had exclusive possession of the keys, the Bank's access records (from 14 Feb 2018) showed sole access by her, documentary and circumstantial evidence supported her ownership of many items, and the Bankrupt's spending pattern made it unlikely the items belonged to him; accordingly declarations that Item 1 belongs to Chan and Items 2–62 belong to Yan Yuen Ching and are not part of the bankrupt's estate were granted.
