The 7th defendant may maintain the interpleader and the proceedings are stayed against it in full; however the court exercised its discretion to refuse permission for D7 to deduct any of its claimed custodian or administration fees from the interpleaded sum and limited deductions to taxed party-and-party costs up to the date of the interpleader; additionally D7 is awarded 50% of its costs of the interpleader summons to be taxed if not agreed.
